DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN LUANG PRABANG (L,D)
Welcome at the airport, transfer to hotel for check-in.
Town sightseeing: visit Vat May, Vat Visoun, Vat Aham.
Lunch at a local restaurant. Then proceed the sightseeing: Vat Xieng Thong, climb up the Phousi Mount to admire the sun set on the Mekong river and the view of town.
Return to the hotel. Free time. Dinner. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
DAY 2 : PAK OU CAVES (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel, then transfer to the quay for excursion by local boat on Mekong River to visit Pak Ou caves. On the way visit Ban Sang Hai Village to see how the people produce liquor “lao?? .
Visit the Caves. Picnic lunch there. Return late afternoon to town. Free time.
Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
DAY 3 : TAD KWANGSI WATERFALL (B,L,D)
Early in the morning, transfer to town to see the alms giving where two hundred monks pass on the main street. Return to hotel for breakfast, then excursion by land to Kwangsi Waterfall. On the way visit Ethnic villages (Khmu and Hmong Villages) to discover the way of life of people.
Visit, take a rest at the Waterfall, swim there for those who desire. Picnic lunch there. Return late afternoon to town. Free at your own leisure.
Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
DAY 4 : ELEPHANTS CAMP (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel, then excursion by to the Elephant camp.
Elephant riding. Lunch at the lodge. Return late afternoon to town. Free time.
Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
DAY 5 : LEAVING LUANG PRABANG (B)
Breakfast at hotel, visit Phosi Market and the former Royal Palace then transfer to the airport for leaving Luang Prabang.
