3-day journey in Southern-Laos to discover the main highlights

DAY 1: VIENTIANE-PAKSE-WAT PHOU-KHONG ISLANDS (L,D)

Welcome at the airport or Vang Tao Border Check Point

Then transfer to the quay for boat trip to Champasak, proceed the trip by land to visit archaeological site Wat Phou. Lunch at local restaurant there.

Visit Wat Phou, continue the excursion by land to Done Khong. Check-in to hotel or guesthouse. Free time. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Khong Island.

DAY 2 : KHONG ISLAND-PAKSE (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel, excursion by boat through the “Si Phanh Done?? (“Four Thousand Islands?? ) and by land to Khone Prapheng Waterfall (the biggest waterfall in South East Asia). Lunch at local restaurant during the excursion.

In the afternoon, return by land to Pakse. Upon arrival, check-in at hotel. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight Pakse.

DAY 3 : LEAVING PAKSE-LAOS (B)

Breakfast at hotel, Free time till transfer to the airport or Vang Tao Border Check Point for leaving Laos.
